The Admin Handoff: Set Up Your Own AI Assistant
Set up an AI assistant for your email, bills and calendar, and set it to ask before it sends anything.
You hand off the drafting. You keep the final OK.
What it is
The Admin Handoff: Set Up Your Own AI Assistant is a no-code kit for setting up an AI assistant (Muse, ChatGPT or Claude) for your email, bills and calendar, and setting it to ask before it sends anything.
When you get it
Release 1 by Tuesday, Nov 24, 2026. The remaining lessons are added as each one passes testing, all by Sunday, Jan 31, 2027, or a full refund.
What it looks like
Four examples of jobs the course teaches. Examples 2 to 4 show what you type, the kind of draft you'd review, and the step where you decide. Example 1 shows only the prompt and what to check, because that lesson isn't tested yet. We wrote these drafts for this page to show the idea. They aren't screenshots or copied output from any app, and the people, bills and businesses in them are made up. The videos under Examples 2 to 4 are real screen recordings of ChatGPT answering the same requests with made-up data.
Example 1 · Lesson 5.2, planned for Release 1
A confusing bill
You type (draft prompt from the lesson, not tested yet)
Explain this bill in plain English. What changed from last month, and why did the total go up? Which charge should I ask them about? Quote the exact line from the bill for every point. If something isn't on the bill, say you don't know instead of guessing.
The bill the lesson uses [Sample data]
[Sample data] Brackenfold Electric (invented), account 0000 0000. Last month: 610 kWh $91.50. This month: 780 kWh $117.00. Rate adjustment $11.40. Late fee $15.00. Amount due $143.40.
What the lesson has you check
Every number in the draft has to appear on the bill, each point has to quote an exact line, and anything the bill doesn't explain stays "I don't know." We don't show an answer here because this lesson hasn't been tested yet.
Example 2 · Lesson 3.3, coming by Jan 31, 2027
A reply to the school
You type
Draft a reply to the school email about the field trip form. Say we'll send it back signed by Friday. Don't send it. Leave it as a draft for me.
A draft might read like this (written by us)
Hi, thanks for the reminder. We'll send the signed field trip form back by Friday. Please let us know if anything else is needed.
You decide
The draft waits for you. You read it, fix anything that's off, and press send yourself. Lesson 1.3 sets this "drafts only" rule before any app is connected.
Example 3 · Module 6, coming by Jan 31, 2027
A clash on the calendar
You type
What's going on this week and where do we clash?
A draft might read like this (written by us)
Thursday at 5:30 p.m. has two things at once: piano and the dentist. Everything else this week fits. Do you want me to draft a note asking the dentist for another time?
You decide
The lesson sets it up to ask before it changes your calendar or sends anything. When it turns a school flyer into events, you approve each one.
Example 4 · Lesson 3.3, coming by Jan 31, 2027
A customer who wants to move an appointment
You type
A client wants to move Saturday's 10 a.m. appointment. Draft a friendly reply offering to find a new time. Don't send it.
A draft might read like this (written by us)
Hi, no problem at all. Which day and time works better for you? Once you tell me, I'll confirm the new slot.
You decide
You check your own schedule for the new time, edit the draft, and send it yourself.
None of the lessons behind these examples has been tested yet. Each one is tested before it ships: Lesson 5.2 with Release 1 by Nov 24, 2026, and the others by Jan 31, 2027, or you get a full refund. AI tools can make mistakes, which is why every example ends with you checking.
What's in Release 1 (by Nov 24, 2026)

What this kit doesn't do
These tools make mistakes. The kit shows you how to set your assistant to draft and ask first, so you check everything before it goes out. It doesn't promise any result.
Start with the free picker
Which AI assistant should you use? A short picker, plus the 3 settings to change before you connect your email. Six assistants side by side with prices as of Nov 2, 2026, US.
Send me the pickerFor adults (18+). You'll get the picker, a few short emails about setting up an AI assistant safely, and an email when the full course opens. You're joining the course waitlist. Unsubscribe any time. I2 Consulting LLC.
Questions
Is this finished?
No, and pre-orders aren't open yet. Release 1 (14 lessons and the kit files) is planned for Nov 24, 2026, and the remaining lessons by Jan 31, 2027. Buyers get a full refund if those dates slip.
When am I charged?
Not yet. The kit isn't on sale, so there's nothing to pay today. When pre-orders open, you'll be charged $49 when you order, and you can cancel any time before Release 1 arrives for a full refund.
Do I need a paid AI plan?
Each lesson says which plan it uses. Every Release 1 lesson uses free plans. The paid Claude part of lesson 1.3 (Claude Cowork) comes in a later update, not in Release 1. Some later lessons may need a paid plan (about $20/month as of Nov 2, 2026, US).
What format are the lessons?
Short captioned screen recordings, plus one-page cheat sheets and the kit files. Lesson lengths are stated after recording.
Does the assistant send emails or pay bills for me?
No. The kit shows you how to set it to draft and to ask before it sends, changes or buys anything. You hand off the drafting. You keep the final OK.
Which assistant does it cover?
Muse, ChatGPT and Claude are shown on screen. Gemini Task, Dots and Duet are described from their official pages only.
Is my data safe?
We can't promise that about any app. Module 1 covers what never to give an assistant, how to set it to ask first, and how to clear its memory, using each app's own settings.
What if it's late?
You'll hear from us before the date, with a new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund. See the refund terms above.
