Privacy
This page explains what we collect on adminhandoff.com and through our forms and store, and what we do with it.
Who we are
The Admin Handoff is a course sold by I2 Consulting LLC ("we"). We are responsible for the information described on this page. Questions: support@adminhandoff.com.
What we collect
- Picker and waitlist form: your email address and, if you give it, your first name. The form is run by MailerLite, which also records the date, time, IP address and rough location of your signup as proof that you asked to join. Our emails tell us whether they were opened and which links were clicked.
- Sign-up form script: the picker sign-up page (adminhandoff.com/picker/) loads MailerLite's form script from MailerLite's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when it loads. When the page opens, the script tells MailerLite the form was viewed. It also saves a random ID called ml_guid in your browser's local storage and sends it to MailerLite with your sign-up. It doesn't set cookies when the page loads. MailerLite may set its own cookies when you submit the form, under its own policy. You can remove the ID by clearing this site's data in your browser. Other pages on this site don't load it. MailerLite's privacy policy: mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Orders: your name, email and order details. Checkout is run by Stan, and card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. The checkout pages are run by Stan and Stripe under their own privacy policies and may use their own cookies.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to write, so we can answer you and process refunds. These emails pass through Cloudflare (forwarding) and Google Workspace (mailbox).
Ad measurement
When ads run, the picker sign-up page (adminhandoff.com/picker/) and its thank-you page use the Meta Pixel and the Reddit Pixel. They set cookies and send Meta and Reddit your IP address, browser and device details, the page you visited and whether you signed up, so we can tell whether an ad led to a sign-up. Meta and Reddit may also use that information under their own policies, including to show you ads. We don't send them your email address. You can opt out of ad tracking in your Facebook, Instagram and Reddit ad settings, or block third-party cookies in your browser. Pages other than the picker pages set no cookies of their own and run no trackers.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad settings: accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences
- Reddit ad settings: reddit.com/settings/privacy
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data (such as IP address) to deliver the page and protect it from abuse, and may set a short-lived security cookie if it has to check that a visitor isn't a bot.
How we use it
- To send you the picker and the emails you signed up for.
- To deliver what you bought, email you about delivery dates or delays, and process refunds.
- To answer your questions.
We don't sell or share your email address with anyone except the services above, which process it for us.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from our emails any time with the link at the bottom of every marketing email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing support@adminhandoff.com. We keep order and refund records as long as tax and consumer law require.
Children
This site and the course are for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
